  Tips for using shampoo bars: Wet your hair and rub the bar over your hair to create a creamy lather. You will need a lot of water. If you find that there isn't enough lather, just add more water! Some people like to use diluted apple cider vinegar as a conditioner. Add a splash of vinegar to a jug of water and use it after rinsing all the shampoo out of your hair. When you pour it over your hair, you will notice how your hair becomes instantly soft and silky. Rinse it out again afterwards. Avoid contact with the eyes, as it may sting.If it gets in your eyes, rinse with plenty of water.

  Good to know: If you are using a completely natural shampoo bar for the first time, it may take some time for your hair and scalp to get used to it, as it goes through a "detox" period. It takes a while for the chemicals that have built up in your hair to be washed out, and it may also take some time for your scalp to start producing the natural amount of sebum again. During this time, your hair may feel "sticky," greasy, dull, or drier than usual. Hang in there - it will be worth it! Please note that not all shampoo bars are natural. Most round discs with small noodles may contain chemicals (such as SLS) that are found in many liquid shampoos and are not only bad for you but also for the water system.
